🎙️✈️ I’m proud to announce that I have completed my Postgraduate Degree in Radio and Podcasting at the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS)!
This has been a rewarding journey, finishing off with a fantastic industry placement with ACE Radio in Traralgon, part of the beautiful Gippsland region in regional Victoria.
During my placement, I had the privilege of working alongside Mat Cummins, and was able to produce news, commercials, the statewide ACE Breakfast show, host my own on-air shift, and work on operations. Each experience taught me valuable skills and deepened my passion for broadcasting. 📻
A personal highlight was discovering my family roots in Korumburra, a charming town in South Gippsland. This connection made my placement even more meaningful.
Graduation is still a few months away, but I’m still equally glad to have completed all the components of the course.
